The fringe benefits of my current 40 Day cycle:
amazing organic fresh made daily food (to me, from me! My favorite kind of gift!);
my skin is glowing;
I’m bouncing up out of bed in the morning (with some groaning from muscle pain:); and
I have a zillion new creative ideas for workshops and clients!

Check out Ms. Portia Reddy, doing her own 40 Day Challenge!

What’s a fringe benefit of what you are doing for YOU today?

    ...and you look pretty! Glowwy. With that incredible bone structure coming to the fore.

    For me: moving, being outside, getting air - and connecting with my kids outside, for free.

    Cat--thank you! YES, connecting, out of doors, with those beautiful kinder must be incredible restoration. I appreciate the vicarious view.

    I love this post, Dyana.

    My touchstone is getting outside - either hiking in the trees, or on the beach, where it's quiet and I can think, process, meditate, visualize and slow down.

    Keep on truckin!

    thanks so much, Kate. When is the last time you took to the trees or the ocean?

    awesome to rest, isn't it, Kathryn? I was so happy to be outside this weekend in a place without street lights. Ahhhhh. Amy: you are an amazing mother and I know that Ms. Bells is SO who she is because of your care and consideration. Thank YOU both for participating so fully here.
  • Oooohhhhh...I love the star gazing. Yummy!

    For me, it is all about being truly and deeply present with my 2 year old. No multi-tasking, no agenda, no thinking about something else. Just being 100% present. THAT is what I love and what makes me fill up with total zest and passion for being alive.

    YOU GO DYANA!! THANKS FOR THE INSPIRATION!

    BUT, the keystone for me is being in nature. Hiking, kayaking, walking, etc. :)
