WOW. Today was a banner body day. Hiked up a big hill, which reminded me of Colleen Wainwright’s amazing song (beware: loads of curse words–don’t click if you can’t hang with them), and ran through these gulls at the beach. This post is video-free because I am download cable-free today–forgive me?
Day 9 is dedicated to: Samantha Bennett–whose 10 plus weeks of swimming daily contributed greatly to this 40 day cycle. She not only rocks her Get It Done Workshops, but she raises the bar on self-care. GO, Sam!!
Now: a locally grown steak and some triple cream cheese. Yes, you read that right.
(UPDATE: ended up going the way of pork chop and grilled veggies–there was butter involved, but forgot the triple cream cheese at the market–probably for the best!)
