this is FANTASTIC to hear, Leah! You've got your language to a sizzle! We (non-conformists) need more champions! I'm thrilled for you. I'm doing some re-rigging myself and just updated my Hire Me page--getting the focus on what I love doing: working with groups and helping folks find Possible. Super exciting!

Well, maybe frustration and movement are related in the same way chaos and opportunity? May be time for some collaborative process--I call it PLAY--around this for you? Play a game with some trusted, truth-telling friends. Put the ideas up and call for guidance, ideas, streams of consciousness around them. Ask folks to go unfiltered. Also, is there a possibility that the "goal" isn't necessarily the main objective? Maybe following each of the changing purposes IS the thing itself? Kind of like a recipe book--there can be apps AND desserts and tips for knife sharpening--are your ideas mutually exclusive? Happy to be of service in the process--just ask.

I love this post...and yet I find it frustrating - but only because I'm frustrated with my project. How to find the goal? how to meld it to the changing purpose(s) that I see? still searching...and appreciative for the new perspective.
