Put the ideas up and call for guidance, ideas, streams of consciousness around them. Ask folks to go unfiltered. Also, is there a possibility that the "goal" isn't necessarily the main objective? Maybe following each of the changing purposes IS the thing itself? Kind of like a recipe book--there can be apps AND desserts and tips for knife sharpening--are your ideas mutually exclusive?
