About

I am an instigator. Seriously, I’m not for the weak of heart. I look closely and work intensely with clients who are truly ready to make something happen. In over 10 years of working with hundreds of clients, I have come up with tools and conceptual approaches that help self-starters become self-finishers. My work is heavily based in the principles of Community Psychology, including, but not limited to:

  • we are all motivated;
  • my clients are the experts; and
  • we may have resources at hand to solve our own problems.

I really like the idea that I am a facilitator of YOUR goodness and competence.

I have been a microsurgery tech, an event planner, survived working in corporate America and am proud to have earned a Master’s degree from Antioch University and an undergrad degree from Brown.

I love giving talks and workshops, grooming the next generation of community psychologists, and schooling non-academics on how to move projects forward with grace and style.

My passion of passions is helping people make and maintain the connections (to ideas, resources and other humans) that they need to grow themselves and their businesses.

“Devoted and direct, Dyana is part seer, part urban priestess, part cheerleader. She’s my secret weapon for deeper creativity and expanded possibilities, and I’m as grateful as can be to have found her. If you’re looking for true insight and someone to just believe in your greatness…AND give you the 1-2-3 of how to get it off the ground…ASAP, then you’re in the right place.”
